We can detect hard disk drives on a manufacturer’s level. We can
recover data from hard disk drives that cannot be read using conventional
computer systems. This recovery type normally takes 2 - 3 days to complete
.
Mechanical
Recovery - R 3990.00
( Non-Refundable deposit of R 1000.00 payable upfront )
If a hard disk drive cannot be detected with our advanced data recovery
systems, the hard disk drive is categorized as a mechanical recovery.
This type of recovery normally involves sourcing parts from an identical
working "donor" hard disk drive. We have access to over 5000
hard disk drives however there are situations where a specific hard disk
drive is not available. We then try to source the hdd, once found a non-refundable
deposit may be required. Once the recovery is complete the "patient"
and the "donor" drives are unusable. This recovery type normally
takes 3 - 5 days to complete .

Allow for longer recovery times with this type of recovery due to the
complexity. Please allow 3 to 7 working days to complete.
Flash
/ Memory Drive Recovery R 1290.00

We can now recover data from Flash Drives that do not detect on , this
type of recovery is called Mechanical Flash Recoveries.
This recovery type normally takes 2 - 3 days to complete

and Conditions of Recovery
A) If we do not recover any information then your only
costs will be the Non Refundable Deposit which is paid upfront . If we
do recover then your cost will be the price indicated less the deposit
already paid .

Recovery times are merely an estimate .
C)
Recovered data will be copied onto new media for your account . You will
be informed on media cost at the time , if less than 4 GB will be placed
on a DVD free of charge.
D) Prices do NOT include: Destination media or hard drive repair.
E)
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
F)
No recovered data or media will be released until amount due is paid in
full with cleared funds .
